Trinity College

Readmit Student

We are glad that you are considering returning to Trinity!

In order to return to Trinity, you will first need to contact the Undergraduate Admissions Office to initiate the re-enrollment process. As a former student, you will be classified as a readmit student. Instead of completing the standard application for admission to the university, you will need to complete the Supplementary Application for Readmittance. There will be no application fee.

You will then need to request that all university/college transcripts from any schools attended since leaving Trinity be submitted to the Undergraduate Admissions Office. These must be official transcripts, and we must receive these in order to request that the Records Office complete a degree audit. The updated degree audit will be provided to you, after reacceptance, whether or not you have taken classes elsewhere. You should find this degree audit helpful in determining what courses you have already completed at Trinity or elsewhere, and what graduation requirements have been met.

Once we have received your Supplementary Application for Readmittance, your file will then be reviewed by the following offices for approval: Financial Aid, Student Accounting, Student Development, and the College Academic Dean. Once clearance has been granted by each of these offices, you will be re-accepted to the university for the requested semester. The Financial Aid Office will then proceed to work on a financial aid award letter. Please remember that all students are required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to receive a financial aid award letter.

If you did not receive back your deposit from Student Accounting when you withdrew, you will be automatically confirmed. However, if you will be living on-campus, you will still need to submit a new Room Reservation Form. Our office will notify you if you still have a deposit on your account. If you do not have a deposit on account, you will need to submit a $150.00 Enrollment Deposit ($100.00 if living off-campus) and a new Room Reservation Form.

After your Enrollment Deposit has been received, you will be notified of the procedures to follow in order to register for classes. Readmit students may register each semester after returning students complete registration and prior to new student registration.

As you seek the Lord's will for your future, we hope that you will consider returning to Trinity to finish your education. Whatever goals you choose to work toward, we do hope that you will keep the Lord central in anything you plan. If we can be of assistance to you, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1.800.822.3225. We look forward to working with you and helping to make your transition back to Trinity a smooth one!
